Shipping & Returns

We would like to make ordering as convenient as possible for our customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our site utilizes a secure on-line ordering system. Diving Duds is the online store for The Dive Shop and the charge on your credit card statement will appear as The Dive Shop. Customer information is not shared or sold. We also accept personal checks and money orders via US Mail.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your credit card being charged. Most orders are shipped UPS within 48 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). If item ordered is not currently in stock, it should be available for shipment within 10 days. We will notify you if an out of stock item cannot ship within 10 days.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Diving Duds, but if you wish to return an item to us for refund or exchange, we try to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.  A 15% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLIED

$15 HANDLING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Return Procedure:

  1. You will submit a return request by using our Online Returns Form.
  2. After Our Sales Department receives your return request, a  RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be emailed to you  based on your order information.
  3. Our Sales Dept will email you the return address and other instructions.
  4. Once we receive your return in mint condition, we will process the refund amount of your return items LESS THE SHIPPING CHARGE. Refund Amount = Total Order (Item) amount (less shipping cost).  A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
  5. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card.
  6. In case you want to exchange your items, please enter Exchange in the Return Reason on the form and the item you want as the exchange.
  7. Exchanges will be charged actual shipping cost to get the new item back to you. NO HANDLING FEES WILL BE CHARGED if return procedures are followed.

Packaging for a Return:

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.  Please affix a Return Label with the RMA # to the outside of the return package.  All returned products will be 100% complete, in mint condition.  

Diving Duds/The Dive Shop will not be responsible for shipping loss from your side. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

We cannot accept the returns or will impose additional charges (US $12 per item or US $35 minimum per order) of certain items, including:

  • Any return missing a Return Label.
  • Any item has scratches, tears, missing components, wear and/or other damage. 
  • Any item is used and containing the strange smell or substance not originating from the product’s material and package.
