What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment: Money Order and Personal &
Business Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
(Orders paid by Check will be held for 10 business days for clearing.)
How do you ship and what are your shipping rates?
We normally ship USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and UPS 2 Day
can be arranged by special request. See our
shipping page for rates.
Do you have an "800" number?
No, as an E-commerce site, we focus on internet sales and not
telephone sales so we don't have the overhead cost of paying people to
man the phone. We won't need to pass those costs on to you as we
didn't incur the cost.
How do I contact Diving Duds?
You can click "Community" on any of our pages or email
Dudley@DivingDuds.com. We usually answer most emails within 24
hours. Please include the item/stock number when making your inquiry.
What is your return policy?
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased
from our Diving Duds store, but if you wish to return an item to us, we
try to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY
RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED
CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.

Fill out the return authorization form
and we will assign you an RMA# to use when you ship the product back
for a return or exchange.
